Doctor and nurse were excellent the only reason that doctor was not up to date with Specialist was due to specialist not supplying information Doctor recommended seeing a different specialist and was very informative with how it will work thank you to all of the nurses doctors and front desk very helpful and pleasant

We had appointments with both Hawthorne and NP Kristie for 2 separate things. First Dr Hawthorne is incredible, she takes the time to listen to our concerns always acknowledging our concerns. She made it a point to go out of her way to call me about an issue. We were seeing with my daughter outside of office hours and always replies to messages and following up after visits. She is absolutely incredible. This was our first urgent care visit seeing NP Kristie who was equally as amazing as Dr Hawthorne. She took her time to look at our daughter, called immediately to follow up when the results were in. She made it a point to follow up to see how our daughter was feeling. We couldn't be happier to have seen these two amazing health care professionals!
Dr. Oliver is not out regular pediatrician. However, he really put my child at ease and that made for the visit to go more smoothly.
