Dr. Calisto-Cooney is a native of Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, then moved to Philadelphia where she received her Master’s Degree in Medical Biochemistry and Medical Degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine. In 1995, she moved back to Massachusetts to complete her Pediatric Residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
Dr. Calisto-Cooney has been a pediatrician in Plymouth for 21 years. She loves caring for all her patients from infancy to young adulthood and enjoys finding opportunities to teach and provide knowledge to her patients and families.
Dr. Calisto-Cooney is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member, and fellow, of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is affiliated with Children’s Hospital of Boston and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.
Dr. Calisto-Cooney is married and has three young adult sons. During time away from the office you can find her baking, working in the garden, or spending the afternoons watching her sons play tennis.
