Dr. Walsh was born and raised in Upstate New York and stayed to attend Hamilton College. She moved to Missouri to attend Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, but felt the pull to return East and completed her pediatric residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
She moved to Plymouth, MA in 2010 and has been establishing her practice since then. Dr. Walsh is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has a special interest in assisting breast feeding mothers and babies and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. During the summers she is also the supervising physician for Camp Bournedale. In addition, she cares for patients at Plymouth Rehabilitation and Health Care throughout the year. She has affiliations with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth and works closely with Children’s Hospital of Boston, Tufts New England Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and South Shore Hospital.
Dr. Walsh is married and has two children. When she is not at work, she spends time with her busy family along with enjoying running, watching New England sports teams and going to the beach.
